This is the company for transportation in the Orlando area!! They were professional and make customer service their #1 priority. We arrived in Orlando for my twin’s 10th birthday, and they had a sign with the kid’s names on them and a bottle of Sparkling Grape Juice as promised. Everything is first class from the red carpet leading to the luxury(leather seats, parquet flooring, refreshments, etc.) vehicle that ferries you around Manhattan to the gourmet meal at renowned husband-wife team’s, Chefs Diana & Dmitry Rodov’s Manhattan-based Duet Brasserie.
Our Tour Guide, Teddy, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and entertaining, never missing a beat(even as we wound our way through multiple surprises). They are the best ever.

I absolutely loved my experience! I had booked a private luxury tour for me and my better half. Billy was our guide, and he was absolutely amazing! I called Grace Luxury Tours & they were so helpful in planning every step of the tour. It was like our private tour concierge. They helped set up dining reservations at an amazing five-star restaurant, got us tickets to 1 world show (which is unbelievable), and took us to every site we wanted to see! We had a tour in a beautiful stretch limo bus! When the car picked us up, it was completely stocked with Champagne and special treats. The overall experience was incredible! I’ll definitely be back!
